Dynamic bass player Shez Raja and his band are joined by hip trumpet sensation Jay Phelps – founder of Empirical and former Tomorrow’s Warrior. Expect exciting music that evokes all of the emotions as they perform new music as well as tracks from Raja’s highly acclaimed third album, Mystic Radikal (33 Jazz). The Collective’s live show is an eclectic headcharge of raw energy – a mix of euphoric jazz, thundering funk, tuneful ragas and intoxicating grooves – and always leaves audiences uplifted, inspired and asking for more!
